I started setting reminders to myself when I first got my iPhone. I was going through a downswing in my depression and needed something to keep me grounded.   

I thought that I’d end up hating them, but every day, without fail, I enjoy and am grateful for every single one. 

It’s a simple ritual but one that I’m glad I started. Feel free to add some of your own in the comments. I’ve got some open slots in the afternoon. 🙂
