Using the shredded chicken recipe I posted earlier, my latest favorite thing to make using it is Buffalo Chicken Dip.
Combine the following in a crock pot:
3-4 chicken breasts, shredded
8 oz package of cream cheese
12 oz bottle of hot sauce
12 oz bottle of bleu cheese dressing
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Turn the crock pot on to low, stirring occasionally until melted together and bubbly. Serve with crackers or chips.
